The hotel is about 7km away from the second Qianjiang bridge (Pengbu bridge) and the sixth Qianjiang bridge (Xiasha bridge) and 2km away from the east of the eighth Qianjiang bridge (Jiubao bridge). It is a supporting project of China International Water City and has been listed in the tourism 1010 project of Xiaoshan District.
